At Ashish Jwellers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.

Return Period

You may return items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the items meet our return conditions.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• In original condition and packaging
• Unworn and undamaged
• Accompanied by original tags and certificates
• Returned with the original invoice

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom-made or personalized jewelry
• Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
• Items without original packaging or certificates

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. We will provide return instructions and shipping details
4. Pack the item securely in original packaging
5. Ship the item using a trackable shipping method

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Any refund will not be entertained with Cash Refund.
• You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or designs, subject to availability. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

Governing Laws and jurisdiction 

This user agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The courts of Durg ( Chhattisgarh ) shall alone have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this user agreement.
